Core-Spun by Therafirm Support Socks are made using CoolMax yarns or anti-microbial X-STATIC/polyester yarns to provide superior comfort and moisture wicking technology. These fibers wick moisture away from the skin to the exterior of the sock, moving the moisture up and out of the foot area. The result is a sock that effectively controls moisture and provides a more hygienic sock environment.

Great feel & Performance, but One Weakness

"These stockings feel great and do not roll down and cut off your circulation like other stockings, but they do have one bad flaw that needs to be addressed. I have worn multiple pairs of these stockings and the seam at the heel blows out after a short period of time. If the manufacturer addresses this issued, they'd be top notch!"

Finally, compression socks that fit!

"I have short legs and very large calves, and a long history of unsuccessfully trying to find support stockings that fit and don't hurt me. But now, I have found the perfect compression sock in this Therafirm Core-Spun. The top band is so comfortable. In other stockings I have tried, the top band cuts into my leg and makes it too painful to wear, but not this sock. I can wear these for hours and forget I have them on. But they definitely are doing the job; they are compressing my legs. I have bought several in different colors and I hope they keep making these forever."

The Fit

"The fit is awesome! And the size is generous. I have had a very hard time finding support socks that fit around my wide 18" calf. I bought product number 17751, use search bar and it will take you to them. The size XXL fit me beautifully without binding, twisting or any discomfort. My legs feel so much relief from wearing these socks. Most size XXL had been too tight to wear daily for the long 12 hour stretch I have at my job on my feet, and most places don't sell XXXL or they are open toe and I don't care for open toe. I am a very happy customer and just ordered two more pair. They are so soft and warm. Really good thing for Wisconsin Winters. I am a short person, so I ordered the short length. They are still somewhat too long for me, so I need to turn the top down just a bit, but even then the socks stay up and don't feel restricted to the point of pain from having the top band turned down just under the knee. Bless this company for finally allowing me to end my search for a quality pair of support socks that fit and fit the budget as well. I will definitely be telling my friends who wear support socks about this company. Thank you for having a great product available. Feels like finally finding that "light at the end of the tunnel" kind of feeling! I do 100% recommend this product for anyone (male or female) with larger wide calves between 18-20 inches. Have happy feet everyone!"
