"Love them. They're a little more expensive than I'd prefer to be paying for socks (just being honest) but they are the ONLY brand of compression sock I will wear. If you're shaped like me (BIG feet, narrow ankles, narrow lower calves, but huge upper calf muscles) most brands of compression socks simply DO NOT FIT YOU. The foot is always too small, the ankle & lower calf is too loose, and the upper calf is too tight and you get pinch marks from the sock. You get uneven compression, or NO compression at all. BUT Therafirm has that problem SOLVED!! You get good even compression across the entire leg, and the feet actually fit up to size US Men's 12, and it won't leave pinch-marks. It also won't leave you feeling itchy. A lot of other brands use fabrics that can be irritating, but Therafirm's Core-Spun isn't like the others. In addition to diabetes, I have an autoimmune disease that affects my skin, so almost EVERYTHING irritates my skin... but not these socks! They do the job, and they do it comfortably. I will never buy another brand of compression socks again."
