Found a better way...

"Due to arthritis in my hips, it is difficult to get these on. I watched a video on YouTube which showed me how to put them on without the sleeve that comes with them. You turn them inside out and and pull the top through the hole part way. The only problem is remembering where the heel is. There is a line next to the label that is in line (pardon the pun) with the heel. Keep that on the bottom and it works fine. It would be nice if you could make the label line up with the heel. (Just a thought)."
