"Sigvaris works great for me. They are comfortable and wear well. I will continue to buy this brand especially since they are long enough for me. Other brands just are not long enough (thigh high). Good Quality but strange feel

"I have owned several pairs of these, and they seem to be very good quality. The thigh band silicone grips very well, and if the silicone is cleaned once in a while with alcohol (besides the normal washing), it will usually regain that like-new grip/ hold. The texture of the hosiery however is a little matted or rough feeling and looking. Not silky and fashionable like the older Sigvaris hosiery used to be. Not sure why that is, but if they had that silky feel these would get 5 stars from me. The older ones glided better under pants."
