Sigvaris reviews

"Sigvaris socks are always high quality, that's what keeps me coming back. There are cheaper brands , but you get what you pay for. Sigvaris socks keep their compression and the fabric doesn't wear out quickly. No disappointments here."

Essential to reduce/control lower leg and ankle peripheral and pedal edema

"U of MI Medical prescribed Sigvaris Motion 362 Cushioned Cotton Men's Knee High Socks 20-30 mmHg to me over twenty years ago. Dimensions were taken, described simply in inches, and my size has remained constant. I machine wash the mainly cotton socks gently in warm water and dry naturally. I rotate seven pairs, wearing each for about three days and they inevitably give me a decade of effective service. That life-span has made them exceptionally cost-effective through the years, priced at an average of $70 a pair on sale. Before retirement, I had international responsibilities--frequent flying that could not have been done without compression hose. In retirement, at age 88, I workout two or three times a week; again, the socks are essential. Each day, no matter the schedule, begins with the help of compression hose. The strength and durability of Sigvaris help make a vital life possible. I've never tried a different brand, so I'm in no position to make a market-place comparison."

Cushioned Cotton Makes A Big Difference

"I've been using this this brand and style for OVER 10 years. the cotton makes a huge difference in comfort and absorbency. They keep my feet dry far better that the non-cotton soled socks. They have an excellent price here, especially when they have an additional sale in effect."

Too loose

"After putting socks on they were too loose fitting and I am returning"

Sigvaris socks hold up well

"I am impressed with the Sigvaris socks. They cost almost five times as much as the Ames-Walker socks, but they last more than five times as long, so they are a better buy over the long run. If you follow the directions (wash in cold water on the delicate cycle, then hang up to dry) you should be able to wear each pair of socks at least 50 times."

I love these socks. I

"I love these socks. I have had them for a 6 months now and they still delvier the same amount of compression since the day I bought them. In addition, they don't smell bad at the end of a long 12 hour shift in the hospital. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because while the cushion in the soles are really comfortable, they are bulky and make your shoes feel tight."
