The upper band does not roll on my leg.

"I bought 3 different styles of Juzo open toe thigh high hose and I think these will be my favorites. The fabric is a bit heavy and they really look like compression hose, but they fit well. The look does not matter under pants. My upper thigh measurement fits right in the middle of their size range and the band fits well. I can pull them up to my upper thigh and there is no rolling of the band. I like the micro dots for the silicone band. They feel better than the larger dots. My only complaint is the toe area. It slips to the middle of my foot, but at least it does not bunch up. I get open toe styles because I can't stand the pressure that closed styles put on my toes."
