mediven harmony is the latest armsleeve range from medi. It raises the standard for circular knit armsleeves with a perfect balance between efficacy and comfort. It is knitted to stringent RAL quality standard to ensure accurate graduated compression.

mediven harmony is a unique fabric that is soft to touch, clinically effective and easy to apply. It features a new design that incorporates a double ellipse - one in the crease and one on the point of the elbow - for maximum patient comfort.

Indications: For treatment in primary and secondary lymphoedema (ISL stages 1 & 2) of the arm with permanent or partial edema of the hand. Post-operative and post-traumatic edema and burns therapy.

Best it can be for me

"With the help of great customer service I was shown the size I ordered was too big so I Exchanged my last order for the smaller size, but my petite arm size is just not able to get the best fit with this brand. I have a 16in length armpit to wrist."

Not as expected!

"I am petite 5'2", the standard length is still way to long, I can't use the gauntlet part on my hand because the sleeve stretches up to and past my underarm creating a turnic. So I have to let the gauntlet hang off my hand. Very disappointed I bought 2 of these. The compression on the arm is great but the compression on the gauntlet doesn't do anything for me it's as if the hand is bigger than mine, all measurements fit except the length and the guanlet hand is too big (feels like no compression at all on the hand, but now that I have to leave the gauntlet part hanging off my hand, the compression from the wrist part compresses nicely on my hand, just aggravating the gauntlet has to hang off) will not purchase again. I would like to try sigvaris, I have a 20-30mmh but not enough compression with it but the material is so much softer, hoping their 30-40mmh is just as soft BUT can't find it with a gauntlet (my hand swells bad without compression too) any help/ideas is appreciated,tyia."
