Tummy too tight

"I ordered these to use after my varicose vein treatments. I love that these leggings are opaque and I don’t nerd to wear anything over them. I wish the leg portion was tighter…I don’t know if these are actually the compression stated and I measured and followed the size chart. What is tight is the tummy portion. I end up getting what feels like period cramps after wearing them for a while. I don’t have a tummy that needs flattening, so I can’t imagine how uncomfortable it would be for someone who does. For reference, I’m 5’9” and 150 lbs."
