Great for foot only edema

"I have very mild lymphedema that is limited to only the the top of my left foot, and my doctor wrote me a slip for prescription compression socks. But those were expensive and only came in knee high length, which are unbearably hot to wear in southeastern US summers, can’t be worn with shorts, skirts, or dresses, and didn’t give much compression in the specific place I need it on small feet like mine (women’s 6 1/2). I bought this as an alternative after looking all over the place unsuccessfully for ankle length compression socks that were actually effective. I’ve only been using it for a few days and I already notice a difference. My foot doesn’t get as swollen during the day as it used to, and I’ve only been wearing it at night when I sleep. This is a great option for people who need foot only compression but don’t want to have to restrict their clothing choices in order to conceal traditional knee high compression socks. My only complaint about it is that it looks and feels bulkier in person than described/advertised."

"When I wrap my legs, these help with the ankle areas where I tend to swell badly, where the bony areas are. I can pull as lose or tight as I want. Then I just put a little stretchy sock over them and there ya go."
