For all people with short legs

"AW makes a great pair of thigh high compression stockings! But the problem is they don’t work well for short people! I am 5’7” with short legs,there is so much material, that the extra ends up bunching behind my knees and it hurts. I can only wear petite and AW DOES NOT make petite. There are a lot of short legs out there. Thanks to the company’s that make PETITE!!"

"I always loved the ones with the lace top so much better because they stayed up better. However, I have worn the AW closed toe thigh hose with the silicon dots since the lace top hose aren’t available. I have been an Ames Walker customer for years and will continue to use their hose, easy orfering and prices are good."

I like these support stockings

"I like these support stockings and have been wearing them for many years. My complaint is that they need to be made stronger on the heal and bottom of the foot as they get holes there way before they are too old to be worn and have to be thrown out. I always immediately stitch together little holes but it doesn't make them last much longer."

Excellent compression but difficult to put on

"These stockings are my first order of this type. They do a great job of compression (I ordered 30-40) and look good with my skirts. I gave them only four stars because they are difficult for me to get on (I have severe arthritis in my thumbs and wrists) and they sink on my throughout the day and I have wrinkles around my ankles and behind my knees later in the day. Using the glue, "It Stays!" really helps, but I can't wear them two days in a row because my legs need a break from the glue and my thumbs need a break from putting them on."
