The plastic material on the

"The plastic material on the front of the gloves is quite thick. It does give you a good grip on a sock once you get a good hold of the sock, but it is harder to get your thumbs inserted between the sock and your leg than with a thinner glove. I would prefer thinner plastic. I might mention also that I think the black color of the plastic is ugly. I wish that it were a lighter or neutral color. The back of the glove is attractive."
