Ames Walker Subscription Program
With our Subscription Program, ordering your Ames Walker (AW) Style products is a breeze. They'll be delivered to you automatically whenever you want them.
It's important to replace your compression hosiery regularly to maintain their efficacy, as they can become less effective with wear and tear.
How does it work?
- Placing an order is simple! Choose your favorite AW Style product, select 'Subscription' instead of 'One-Time Purchase', pick the desired delivery frequency, and add to your cart. Customers can manage the subscription through their Ames Walker Account.
What is the cost?
- Our subscription program has no joining fee apart from the product cost. Subscription prices differ between each AW Style product, but all subscriptions include a subscribe and save discount that is automatically applied. Prices reoccur based on your chosen delivery frequency and are subject to change without notice.
Will you send a reminder?
- Yes! You will receive an email 5 days before your subscription is charged to your payment method.
Can I use a discount code with subscriptions?
- Our subscription products provide a discount based on the chosen frequency. No extra offers can be applied to subscription orders.
How do I update my billing or shipping details?
- You can edit your billing and shipping information in your Ames Walker Account. Log into your account.
What items are available for subscription?
- At this time, we only offer subscriptions on our Ames Walker (AW) Style compression socks and hosiery.
When will I get billed?
- Subscriptions will be subject to a reoccurring billing cycle based on the frequency you selected. You will be billed at the time your order is processed for shipment.
How do I change the frequency of cancel my subscription?
- You can cancel your subscription through your Ames Walker Account. Once you are logged in, in the Manage Subscription area select from the dropdown menu " Cancel Subscription".
