We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, check or money order. Most orders are shipped on the same or next business day. (Sale periods can sometimes slightly delay this normal schedule). Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped. Please enclose your check or money order along with your catalog order form or a printout of our form from our website. Please send the order form with the check or money order in advance to Ames Walker International, PO Box 1027, Asheboro NC, 27204.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item or items for a refund, we will accept any unworn item if it’s returned in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Simply call us toll-free at 1-877-525-7224 for a Return Authorization Number to include with the prepaid return shipping label that was enclosed with your order. Then mail your purchase back to us and the shipping cost is on us. Please note that products returned without original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges
Any product is eligible for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. The quickest way to make an exchange is to proceed with ordering the product you want by calling us toll-free at 1-877-525-7224 or by ordering online and then immediately returning the unwanted product with its original packaging. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. To return your unwanted product, simply call toll-free to 1-877-525-7224 for a Return Authorization Number to use with the prepaid return shipping label that was enclosed with your original order and inform our Customer Representative that you are completing an exchange. Then mail the unwanted product back to us. We will cover the shipping costs on both your new order and the order you are returning when you use our return shipping label. We are happy to accept gently worn products for an exchange only. However, worn merchandise must be laundered and returned with its original packaging. Please note that products returned without original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credits are issued promptly once we receive your returned goods.
Returns and Exchanges for Shoes
Please test your new shoes on a soft, carpeted surface. We cannot accept any shoes that have been street worn and/or scuffed in any way. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Please call toll-free to 1-877-525-7224 for a Return Authorization Number. No Returns or Exchanges will be permitted without a Return Authorization. Shoes are shipped by Ames Walker via parcel post.
