We believe we sell the largest array of graduated support hosiery products anywhere. Our products are shipped from Asheboro, NC.
We distribute our own line of support hosiery, RxFIT Brand and Ames Walker Brands and are authorized dealers for Jobst, Juzo, Medi, Sigvaris, Futuro and Venosan Brands. We are specialists in compression support and diabetic hosiery.
You may order products from Ames Walker Intl. Inc. by ordering directly from our secure server. You may select either credit card or check or money order thru our shopping cart. OR you may call us during business hours, 8:30 AM to 5 PM EST, toll free at 1 877-525-7224 or alternate 1-336-625-3979. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Our products are shipped out by US mail/UPS/Fedex, generally within 1-3 business days (sale periods can be somewhat delayed beyond this normal schedule). Nothing will be charged to your credit card until the order is shipped. We will notify you by e-mail or by phone if we have a problem shipping your order.
Low Price Guarantee
We will meet or beat any price you find at another internet competitor, provided it is a public site (not a membership site) and you can verify the website page. Jobst, Medi, Sigvaris and Juzo Brands mandate minimum allowable retail prices for their products. Internet prices on these products should be the same at all sites. If you find lower prices, they may be Off Brand Goods.
The exact site and page must be told to customer service rep at the time of the sale, or mentioned in the comments box if an internet order, at the time of sale. If the price is lower due to multiple pairs, then you must purchase similar multiple pairs from us. No other discounts apply.
We will not match free goods offers, or a single pair price if the price on another site is good only on multiple pairs, or sites that are selling old inventory or close out goods, or a membership site. Our normal return policies apply after the sale.
Our Customer Credo (which has been copied by many):1. We treat our customers the same way that we would like to be treated ourselves, everyday.
2. We ship 95% of Ames Walker brand goods within 1-2 business days. Other branded goods are generally shipped from our warehouse in 2-4 business days.
3. We never share, sell, or misuse any information you give us. Your contact information is completely private and for our files only.
4. Your credit card info is completely secure in our secure order form or when you mail or call in your order. Your credit card is charged only when we ship your order, never before.

Return and exchanges Policy: If not totally satisfied, product may be returned within 30 days of invoice date; simply wash and return for refund or exchange. Please call for Return Authorization first.
Mis-shipments
If return is due to a mis-shipment on the part of Ames Walker Intl., i.e., if we send you an article that you did not order, then return shipping is at Ames Walker Intl.'s expense, Call us to arrange this exchange, use return shipping label, we will send you the correct item at no additional shipping expense to you.
Exchanges
If you wish to return an item for a different item, i.e., an exchange, call for return authorization and return it to us for credit, then simply re-order the item you would like. This is much faster than waiting for an exchange. Credits are issued promptly once we receive your return goods. You might want to consider insuring your return or getting a confirmation receipt from the post office if you have a hi-value return,(customer's expense).
A return shipping label has been included with your order. Outside of USA, returns are at customer expense unless due to mis-shipment by AmesWalker.com
Shoes: Please test your new shoes on a soft, carpeted surface. We cannot accept any shoes that have been street worn and/or scuffed in any way. All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Please call for a Return Authorization Number. No Returns or Exchanges will be permitted without a Return Authorization. Shoes are shipped by Ames Walker via parcel post.

For insurance purposes, a signature may be required on orders over $100 in value, unless you waive this by telling us in the comments box.
UPS does not deliver weekends or holidays. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, can only be delivered to a physical address. Expedited shipping charges are not refundable.
International orders are shipped by US airmail, rates are built into shopping cart. We are not responsible for untraceable airmail orders or local customs. If you trust your home country's mail system, you should be OK. Orders out of the US can only be sent to the billing address on the credit card.
