PLEASE NOTE: No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Please follow the instructions below to get your Return Authorized.
Free Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason and would like to return an item for a refund, we will accept any UNWORN item in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. To return an item, Call us toll-free at 1-877-525-7224 or at 1-336-525-7224 for a Return Authorization Number to include with the prepaid return shipping label that was enclosed with your original order. Then mail your item or items back to us for FREE. Note that products returned without original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Free Exchanges
Any item is eligible for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. The quickest way to make an exchange is to return the item by following the instructions above and then placing a new order online or by calling our customer service team. When calling for your Return Authorization Number please inform our Customer Service Representative that you are completing an exchange and please let us know whether the item has been worn or tried on. Then mail the unwanted product back to us for FREE when you use our return shipping label that was included in your original order.
We are happy to accept gently worn products for exchange only within 30 days of purchase following the same instructions set forth above. However, worn merchandise must be laundered and returned with its original packaging. Please note that products returned without original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns and Exchanges for Shoes Please test your new shoes on a soft, carpeted surface. We cannot accept any shoes that have been street worn and/or scuffed in any way. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Please follow the instructions above to attain a Return Authorization Number. No Returns or Exchanges will be permitted without a Return Authorization.
