Ames Walker's COVID-19 Statement – updated April 1, 2020.
Dear Ames Walker Customers,
We hope this update finds you well.
We want you to know we are here for you and we are thinking about you.
The past couple of weeks have been new territory for us all. We are thankful for our healthcare providers & first responders fighting to stop the spread of this virus. Our commitment to you remains; Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our customers and employees.
At Ames Walker, it is important for us to provide you with the products you need to maintain your health and wellness. Rest assured, we're doing everything we can and following all North Carolina and federal guidelines to provide a safe shopping experience for you. We will continue to produce and ship your orders as long as we are not compromising the health and safety of you and our employees. We encourage you to follow guidelines from your local and state authorities.
We are still operating under normal business hours, with many employees operating remotely from their homes. At this time, we are not currently experiencing any delays with manufacturing or shipping your orders.
We are committed to bring you and your family the best service possible and to provide you with the products you need.
· Ames Walker, located in Asheboro, NC, has been designated by North Carolina Emergency Management as an essential business in the medical industry and will continue to ship orders to our customers on time and in the usual manner.

· We are keeping our warehouse clean, disinfecting all surfaces, practicing social distancing and encouraging frequent hand washing and disinfection.
· All employees not directly involved in shipping orders are now working from home. This includes our Customer Service Reps who are equipped with the resources necessary to remain available to you during our normal service hours.
As usual, we typically respond to any customer request outside of our service hours on the next business day.
