Bought these for the 2nd and 3rd trimester of my 4th pregnancy. I have varicose veins on both legs and the compression these offers is very good. Especially for the price. However, they are more silky/slippery tights so they don't work well with socks over your feet during the winter--they slide right off every time you take your shoes off. Also, the sizing was WAY off for me. At 5'8" and 155lbs. pre-pregnancy, the XL was much too large for me. I have extra fabric gathering at my ankles and knees. They do stay up fairly well all day but I found the beige color to be too dark, not neutral/natural enough. It was like a suntan shade--very obvious--so the black have been working fine. They can be hot if you get hot during your pregnancy like I do!

I am 5'4" and overweight. Have worn AW 20-30 hosiery for years. When I started having problems with gastroparesis, I began cutting the elastic at the waistline of my usual sheer support hose because they were too tight. Then I discovered these maternity pantyhose - they give great support even through my thighs & hips without the constriction at my waistline. I only wish they were available in nude and taupe. AW is a great company to do business with, always considerate, helpful and the best at customer service.

These stockings have seen me through my last two pregnancies. They offer me a tremendous amount of support and have significantly helped with edema. I have a family history of varicose veins and a personal history of saphenous vein ablation (after the fourth pregnancy). These are VERY WARM, however. If you are planning to wear in the summertime consider building a wardrobe of long, loose dresses. Even in the winter months I find that dresses and skirts are the way to go.

I have loved these compression hose compared to the more expensive prescription brand and jobst. They have held up well with no runs. I am almost 5'10 with a pre-pregnancy weight of 136lbs and got a size large

Very nice good looking pantyhose which also keep legs fresh and tireless for the WHOLE day! I am gonna request one more pair for the rest of my pregnancy. Thanks!
