CSOCK is a South African brand born by circumstance. The brand is owned by MEDIS, a world leader in compression therapy. Due to this, the owner, Dr WA de Klerk, had exposure to compression therapy from DVT prevention to sports compression, from leg fatigue to varicose veins, from wound care to lymphodoema therapy. This lead to intimate business relations with international sports men and women, close relations with universities such as the University of Stellenbosch and international manufacturers. Very soon two unique products unfolded because we realised the lack of scientific understanding of compression in sport and diabetic off-loading, and... CSOCK was born!
